<official-title>To amend section 1004 of title 39, United States Code, to include that it is a policy of the Postal Service to ensure reasonable and sustainable workloads and schedules for supervisory and management employees and to clarify provisions relating to consultation and changes or terminations in certain proposals.</official-title>

<section id="H0187A7EBF9784B279C32375B81C8D25C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>Honesty in Postal Manager Contracts Act</quote>. </text></section> 
<section id="H15263F7AA19948208794CA39A0E8B31F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Postal Service supervisory and other managerial organizations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1004 of title 39, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HC3C104E2FBAC47438FD1412E6CFEBB11"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by inserting <quote>to ensure reasonable and sustainable workloads and schedules for supervisory and management employees;</quote> after <quote>other managerial personnel;</quote>;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H4FD44CB653D34C7590A22CECB155A195"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b), in the second sentence, by inserting <quote>as provided under subsection (d) and any changes in, or termination of, pay policies and schedules and fringe benefit programs for members of the supervisors’ organization as provided under subsection (e)</quote> before the period; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7AACDC9C04E2462DBDFFA1E2B82A1149"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subsection (e)(1), by inserting <quote>, or termination of,</quote> after <quote>any changes in</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
