    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
4872) entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to Title 
II of the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2010 (S. 
Con. Res. 13).'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

(1)On page 118, strike lines 15 through 25 (and redesignate subsequent 
subsections accordingly).

(2)On page 120, strike lines 3 through 5.
