                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                          May 25, 2010.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
4840) entitled ``An Act to designate the facility of the United States 
Postal Service located at 1979 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, as 
the `Clarence D. Lumpkin Post Office'.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

(1)On page 2, line 3, strike [1979] and insert 1981.

            Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to designate the 
        facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1981 
        Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, as the `Clarence D. Lumpkin 
        Post Office'.''.
