		<section id="HA6BD3726F1C44B76B286B22F8DE3E0C9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Student Debt Reduction Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H02DA08D99A0E489EBC966EC9F7DCF519"><enum>2.</enum><header>Income-based
			 repayment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 493C of the
			 Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1098e) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H1EBA8529DE304D1992974B94BF182CE2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the matter
			 preceding clause (i) of subsection (a)(3)(B), by striking <quote>15
			 percent</quote> and inserting <quote>10 percent</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HE44F72A0098F48C2981FC9E23BAC5452"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in the matter
			 preceding clause (i) of subsection (b)(7)(B), by striking <quote>25
			 years</quote> and inserting <quote>20 years</quote>.</text>
