		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Dollars to the Classroom
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H4BD39062918B411184B7A5DF7BF2916F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Limitation on use
			 by States of Federal funds provided for elementary and secondary
			 education</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any
			 other provision of law, not less than 95 percent of any Federal funds made
			 available to a State or State educational agency by the Secretary of Education
			 for a purpose relating to elementary or secondary education shall be used
			 for—</text>
			<paragraph id="HBBB9CC5BF51B4996A680A80F1FD3C25D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>academic purposes;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC3AC863B3C31411DA1607AB6EB34B8CF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>classroom, or
			 classroom-related, purposes or at the school level.</text>
