<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HA1454A1FC6174DBFAE2A0763A38A2167"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1 of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to extend temporarily certain authorities of the Small Business Administration</quote>, approved October 10, 2006 (Public Law 109–316; 120 Stat. 1742), as most recently amended by section 1 of Public Law 111–89 (123 Stat. 2975), is amended by striking <quote>January 31, 2010</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>April 30, 2010</quote>.</text> </subsection>
<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HAAE91E220BDA40FAB496124F6B317E53"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on January 30, 2010.</text> </subsection></section>
