		<section id="H756CA7F3AF9A46DFA86DEEBF41CC31C8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Health Care for America’s Heroes
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H6323B1B761AA416182D9EDCC03EDF44"><enum>2.</enum><header>Expansion of
			 availability of health care provided by Secretary of Veterans Affairs by
			 adjusting the income level for certain priority veterans</header>
			<subsection id="HF64519705BA74981AF58785034896CDA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Adjustment of
			 income level</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection
			 (a)(7) of section 1705 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking
			 <quote>who are eligible for treatment as a low-income family</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>whose incomes do not exceed 200 percent of the maximum income
			 of a family that is eligible for treatment as a low-income
			 family</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H738C038275154D7CA465174E16FF1165"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by
			 subsection (a) shall apply with respect to patient enrollments in the system of
			 annual patient enrollment under section 1705 of title 38, United States Code,
			 for fiscal years beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this
			 Act.</text>
