			 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee

		<official-title>To require that all foreign terrorists with links to
		  terrorist networks who attack the United States or its Government be considered
		  enemy combatants to be tried by military tribunals instead of civilian
		  courts.</official-title>

		<section id="HA122BFAE4922453491306D0921E4A106" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Military Tribunals for Terrorists Act
			 of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H47B49B1B70AA46A5B4CE821DFF10459D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Trial of foreign
			 terrorists</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">After the date of
			 the enactment of this Act, any foreign national, who—</text>
			<paragraph id="H5C7073B3F34848BE9A83898FD9B3B218"><enum>(1)</enum><text>engages or has
			 engaged in conduct constituting an offense relating to a terrorist attack
			 against persons or property in the United States or against any United States
			 Government property or personnel outside the United States; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA454CEBDE1F3468C8687BAA24AEBBB2D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>is subject to
			 trial for that offense by a military commission under chapter 47A of title 10,
			 United States Code;</text>

			 for that offense only by a military commission under that chapter.</continuation-text></section></legis-body>
