		<official-title display="yes">To revise the boundaries of the Gettysburg
		  National Military Park to include the Gettysburg Train Station, and for other

		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC4796F9AC19A49D28F57A6F148094534" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Gettysburg national military park boundary
			 revision</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1 of the Act
			 titled <quote>An Act to revise the boundary of the Gettysburg National Military
			 Park in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and for other purposes</quote>,
			 approved August 17, 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/430g-4">16 U.S.C. 430g–4</external-xref>), is amended by
			 adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC3E7A9564A8E4F65A4CDF633B23519FB" style="OLC">
				<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HEC9468210ABC499A839E11AEB3C22028"><enum>(d)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Additional land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to the land identified in
				subsections (a) and (b), the park shall also include the following, as depicted
				on the map titled <quote>Gettysburg National Military Park Proposed Boundary
				Addition</quote>, numbered 305/80,045 and dated January 2010:</text>
					<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF4DC6B830E2148689C8F5CA533C2A298"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land and interests in land commonly
				known as the <quote>Gettysburg Train Station</quote> and its immediate
				surroundings in the Borough of Gettysburg.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF2DC608F774941128C58D312318AB326"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land and interests in land located
				along Plum Run in Cumberland
				Township.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2BF12CDDC8694A68A700A744E151E991" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Acquisition and disposal of
			 land</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of that Act
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/430g-5">16 U.S.C.
			 430g–5</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end of subsection (a) the
			 following: <quote>The Secretary is also authorized to acquire publicly owned
			 property within the area defined in section 1(d)(1) by purchase, from willing
			 sellers only, if efforts to acquire that property without cost have been
			 exhausted. The Secretary may not acquire property within the area defined in
			 section 1(d) by eminent domain.</quote>.</text>
