		<official-title>To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of
		  1965 to allow a local educational agency that receives a subgrant under section
		  2121 of such Act to use the funds to provide professional development
		  activities that train school personnel about restorative justice and conflict
		  resolution.</official-title>

		<section id="idF3CA0933F876478692D2DBDAB238DC36" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Restorative Justice in Schools Act of
			 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H93040C546E324EF6AF45B22B36D0212E" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Restorative justice
			 training</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2123(a)(3)(B)
			 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6623(a)(3)(B))
			 is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H5F1E7F8ECA40476DBA4CA371BDBB0435"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (iv), by
			 striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H8FF8B7D2C6B34A61A29653F9FC1D480A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (v), by
			 striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HE74885940AC04D659BC22721A9F6C9A0"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>

					<clause id="HF8852535F53447F2900A0702B733B873"><enum>(vi)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">provide training about restorative justice
