		  an additional year the taxable income limit on percentage depletion for oil and

			 of taxable income limit on percentage depletion for oil and natural gas from
			 marginal wells</header>
			<subsection id="HA7BC56BBA5B04EC5AF9A437A6D75E2D9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Clause (ii) of
			 section 613A(c)(6)(H) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to
			 temporary suspension of taxable income limit with respect to marginal
			 production) is amended by striking <quote>January 1, 2010</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>January 1, 2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H7FD2BAFC95BB432A8D1CE8718F9A0D44"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to taxable
			 years beginning after December 31, 2009.</text>
