		<official-title>To repeal the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury
		  to extend the Troubled Asset Relief Program and return all unobligated funds to

			 <quote><short-title>Ensure TARP Expires Act of
			 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD8B1FC00E90D4555AE1FC0E1A0C386BB" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal of TARP extension
			 authority</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 120 of the
			 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (12 U.S.C. 5230) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5067B9FAF78E41E6ACF0CF5EBC145FD9"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>(a)
			 <header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">Termination</header-in-text>.—</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDCB86AFE7E18459BA22843C149E69FEF"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking subsection (b); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id5C577A6F23F54C4A9C611DC50D045D9C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in title I, by
			 adding at the end the following new section:</text>

				Secretary shall transfer all unobligated funds under section 120 of the
				Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (12 U.S.C. 5230) to reduce the
				public
				debt.</text>
