		<section id="H3F3D1C1D7CD64E129A0DFD1C589539A2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Save Our Dairy Farmers Act of
			 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD56AEBE1A37E47F5A35DDCAF53780AE5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Temporary minimum
			 price for Class II and Class III milk under Federal milk marketing
			 orders</header>
			<subsection id="HBE7C1E2C5ECB4BC4A858081227F2FB88"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Minimum
			 price</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any
			 other provision of law, during the 12-month period beginning on the effective
			 date of this Act, the minimum price for Class II milk and Class III milk under
			 each Federal milk marketing order issued under section 8c(5) of the
			 Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 608c(5)), reenacted with amendments by
			 the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, shall be as follows:</text>
				<paragraph id="HB454B90EF079471C9B65329F3A8339E1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>For Class II milk,
			 $17.23 per hundredweight.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7CA671CDF2344BC2BEED1BF222517942"><enum>(2)</enum><text>For Class III
			 milk, $16.81 per hundredweight.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H6FD78CC13C0A4AF2A603B2A60E7B47EB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report on
			 stabilization of prices received by dairy producers</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 90 days after the effective
			 date of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to Congress a
			 report providing various options (and evaluating the feasibility and likely
			 success of each option) to stabilize the prices that dairy farmers receive for
			 milk.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H9617EBFDA7294AF19B34DF6D0A60D4B9"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>This Act shall take effect on the first day of the first
			 month beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
