		<official-title>To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend for
		  2 years the election to treat the cost of a qualified film or television
		  production as an expense which is not chargeable to a capital
		  account.</official-title>

		<section id="HDAD9A4DCDBD94E61BFC1208B79E73937" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Extension of treatment of
			 certain qualified film and television productions</header>
			<subsection id="H39C517C921B24663AB63F46F071B9F92"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (f) of
			 section 181 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking
			 <quote>December 31, 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>December 31,
			 2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HDE85004209374EE6A2C6D7DCBE870578"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to qualified
			 film and television productions commencing after December 31, 2009.</text>
