		<section id="HD9318A75A51441F90064919CDE8D8BA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Rancho California Water District
			 Recycled Water Reclamation Facility Act of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCE0A2F2ACA8A47549C8EC6B3C939F00"><enum>2.</enum><header>Project
			 authorization</header>
			<subsection id="H91D3A60513464E75B0071683797279AA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and
			 Facilities Act (Public Law 102–575, title XVI; 43 U.S.C. 390h et seq.) is
			 amended by adding after section 16__ the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBB5A6311CA484FCA9C74B14377027535" style="OLC">
					<section id="HA13797082E0C4502B560A8B390FCED52"><enum>16__.</enum><header>Rancho
				California water district project, California</header>
						<subsection id="H05988A37AF944D3082BC8B199CBDBE90"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The
				Secretary, in cooperation with the Rancho California Water District,
				California, may participate in the design, planning, and construction of
				permanent facilities for water recycling, demineralization, and desalination,
				and distribution of non-potable water supplies in Southern Riverside County,
				California.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H33561C8D7E044281A2796F7BEABA6400"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost
				sharing</header><text>The Federal share of the cost of the project described in
				subsection (a) shall not exceed 25 percent of the total cost of the project or
				$20,000,000, whichever is less.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H1FC958F4BC994CEBB6866281D58DA0BE"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Funds
				provided by the Secretary under this section shall not be used for operation or
				maintenance of the project described in subsection
				(a).</text>
						</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H50AD3050F86A4054947D7541F9694FF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of items in section 2 of Public Law 102–575
			 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 16__ the
			 following:</text>
