<section id="H9C128D94EBA14FB28438B88FD2529964" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Vehicle weight limitations for Interstate System highways</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 127(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph id="HD0387EE101D94F13BBC267A280D7EC2A"><enum>(13)</enum><header>Hauling of livestock</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A State may allow, by special permit, the operation of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 95,000 pounds for the hauling of livestock. The cost of a special permit issued under this paragraph may not exceed $200 per year for a livestock trailer.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
