		<official-title>To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow baby
		  formula to be reimbursed under a health flexible spending arrangement if the
		  mother has had a mastectomy and is medically unable to
		  breastfeed.</official-title>

		<section id="H987463AB314A4CEF955CBDAF462D3BD1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Baby formula reimbursement
			 under health flexible spending arrangement</header>
			<subsection id="H5ACF1EDE84B941118FFDE2D56573D2DA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 106 of the
			 Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9744310DE39545B7A6EBF261AE48E335" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H49660AB2499C47B39FF86B0024602928"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Special rule for
				health FSA reimbursement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A
				plan shall not fail to be treated as a health flexible spending arrangement
				under this section merely because such plan provides for reimbursement of baby
				formula for a child in cases in which the mother of the child has had a
				mastectomy and is medically unable to
				breastfeed.</text>
					</subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5DEA6E9E700C46FF9C44E5C6CF9D4E94"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall apply to
			 distributions on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
