		<section id="H1ACA5429D9F44215B5D6B592295A2901" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Dealers in real estate
			 allowed to use installment sales method</header>
			<subsection id="H5BB61704406E4410BD5BB74C01FB66A6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraph (1) of
			 section 453(l) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as
			 follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H36CD5F8FABA243D18E1D7CCF31FA875D" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H6AE8541F4FF8441B8FF42751B547E0FE"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term
				<quote>dealer disposition</quote> means any disposition of personal property by
				a person who regularly sells or otherwise disposes of personal property of the
				same type on the installment
				plan.</text>
					</paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="HFE53DEC0F0DB4696A1E1AD8F18AA1C37"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendments</header>
				<paragraph id="HEE28910660CC40E49D29AB8C504D5B7D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Paragraph (2) of
			 section 453(l) of such Code is amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H1B5C831A9CEA48CAB9E41B6368C43DDA"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking
			 subparagraph (B),</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HA4B00E5FA9224754B5804E9D1CBA8501"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (B), and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE59BBE9DFBAB435F9D7D60A839360080"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>or (B)</quote> in subparagraph (B), as redesignated by this
			 paragraph.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H957F477755774535867867B7329F1BA3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Subsection (l) of
			 section 453 of such Code is amended by striking paragraph (3).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HCA29C0BE458144B6A9A25A743BD2ADD1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall apply to
			 dispositions of property after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
