		<section id="H99F9EB0E60E34273B4F31CF1188812F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>South San Diego County Water
			 Reclamation Project of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H3A1B90E23DEE47888D922BD444D9595C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Project
			 authorization</header>
			<subsection id="H105706807DF74AAC002EA04659CCD47F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>The Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and
			 Facilities Act (Public Law 102–575, title XVI; 43 U.S.C. 390h et seq.) is
			 amended by adding after the last section the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="HA7B0C9404EB4476E9BD4B5AF9E8380DA" style="OLC">
					<section id="H67993A18ED654199936BB4B23444BE9C"><enum>16__.</enum><header>The South San
				Diego County Water Reclamation Project, California</header>
						<subsection id="H3CC8A260B24943E48D42BFD816ECCAA3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The
				Secretary, in cooperation with the Sweetwater Authority, Otay Water District
				and the City of Chula Vista, California, may participate in the design,
				planning, and construction of permanent facilities needed to reclaim, reuse,
				and treat groundwater and wastewater in South San Diego County,
				California.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H610BE9DA6762499E8278076771539BD6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Costsharing</header><text>The
				Federal share of the cost of the project described in subsection (a) shall not
				exceed 25 percent of the total cost of the project.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H12EBBE59FE2F4DFEA323A9E0A1D03DF"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Funds
				provided by the Secretary shall not be used for the operation and maintenance
				of the project described in subsection (a).</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="HE51076AE5464450794AFB870BD157542"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of
				Appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to carry
				out this section
				$25,000,000.</text>
						</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5613333E468B43188089E677DAA04FF5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 Amendment</header><text>The table of sections in section 2 of Public Law
			 102–575 is amended by adding after the last item the following:</text>
