Extension

Section 3006(a)(2) of the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 is amended— (1)by striking 2010 and inserting 2012; and (2)by inserting after the period at the end the following: “The Assistant Secretary may extend, on a case-by-case basis, the period of performance for any investment approved under the program for a period not to exceed 2 years.”
