		<section id="HBA40398FB9E4461D96C0D37DE87D598" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Vehicle maintenance building,
			 Suitland, Maryland</header>
			<subsection id="HAFE49B63392C46B68E25DA60C1E2C899"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authority To
			 plan, design, and construct</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Board of Regents of the Smithsonian
			 Institution is authorized to plan, design, and construct a vehicle maintenance
			 building at the vehicle maintenance branch of the Smithsonian Institution
			 located in Suitland, Maryland.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HFE7A947E6D774607897E4ED51D246DC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Purpose of
			 building</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The purpose of the
			 building shall be to provide a facility to be used for housing, maintaining,
			 and repairing vehicles and transportation equipment of the Smithsonian
			 Institution.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H95DBBACF04634F7FBB35FAE499D5F18D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">There is
			 authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act $4,000,000 for fiscal year
			 2010.</text>
