<section id="HCB31FCDBC88B4600B42852C73DD42184" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Discount Pricing Consumer Protection Act of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="H2E6573C48A29477BA00B11114489FA52"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on minimum resale price maintenance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Any agreement setting a price below which a product or service cannot be sold by a retailer, wholesaler, or distributor shall violate section 1 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. 1).</text> </section>
