		<section id="H6A8501C53640431C81E55AA594ED0E13" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>Reducing
			 Barack Obama’s Unsustainable Deficit Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H523D224FC3A84602BAEF25ABF21651FA"><enum>2.</enum><header>Rescission and
			 repeal in ARRA</header>
			<subsection id="H467D7E797A344B8A91EFD3B94CAFE4C5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Rescission</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Of the discretionary appropriations made
			 available in division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
			 (Public Law 111–5), all unobligated balances are rescinded.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H60CEB40AD8DC458E8B5ADD1924564609"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subtitles B and C of title II and titles
			 III through VII of division B of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
			 2009 (Public Law 111–5) are repealed.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HC217092DECE343C1A7F660E53D4518CB"><enum>3.</enum><header>Emergency
			 Economic Stabilization Act amendments</header>
			<subsection id="H2238E221F14B4E19AA2D710B2FD3B02E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Emergency
			 Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (12 U.S.C. 5201 et seq.) is amended as
			 follows:</text>
				<paragraph id="H340E3BDF82A04226876F2F2A28A0CD73"><enum>(1)</enum><text>In section
			 120:</text>
					<subparagraph id="HFEA3D91505194AB7B771A8E4A231AD87"><enum>(A)</enum><text>By striking
			 <quote>December 31, 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>the date of enactment of
			 the Reducing Barack Obama’s Unsustainable Deficit Act</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H9A4430E777214E4E9C9FC4EC0C9F47F4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>By repealing
			 subsection (b).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H0D65D0C4525C42238DC6B15F8F147A58"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In title I, by adding at the end the
			 following new section:</text>

						<section id="HB95E61A20EC8496C81AADDB8C925D2AC"><enum>137.</enum><header>TARP repayments
				used to reduce public debt</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Each time a financial institution makes a
				repayment of assistance provided under this title, the Secretary shall transfer
				such repayment to the special account established by section 3113(d) of title
				31, United States
				Code.</text>
						</section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H22610C7B06594F0E85D3C3F7EF4FC4FE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of
			 contents for such Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to
			 section 136 the following new item:</text>
