<section id="HA708154D6E1A4C4885557DEA01C1E926" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Davis-Bacon Repeal Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H31107582D2BF4C228744DAE6EBD69B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of Davis-Bacon wage requirements</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code, is repealed.</text></section>
<section id="H309A5240D77A4C5D96F6B7C1F179457"><enum>3.</enum><header>Reporting requirements repeal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 276c of title 40, United States Code, is repealed.</text></section>
<section id="HC1F3DFC4AA704AA99768A2BCAA368956"><enum>4.</enum><header>Effective date and limitation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendments made by sections 2 and 3 shall take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act but shall not affect any contract in existence on such date of enactment or made pursuant to invitation for bids outstanding on such date of enactment.</text></section>
