		<official-title>To direct the Administrator of the Small Business
		  Administration to provide education and resources to small business concerns
		  that assist such concerns to protect themselves from phishing, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H02D7A13094C147698F17762A8E5FAEEB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Provision of education and
			 resources to small business concerns with respect to phishing</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 et
			 seq.) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HCE75ECD3BC58486AB232ABE4DFDBFF6A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 section 44 as section 45; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H6ECBF0CE2E4A43309A6398301879A648"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 section 43 the following:</text>

					<section id="HF5FE2BF429804A048648E637C86877B2"><enum>44.</enum><header>Provision of
				education and resources to small business concerns with respect to
				phishing</header>
						<subsection id="H48D50ED3384E4159A2D59685DBE1BED9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Administrator
				shall establish and carry out a program to provide education and resources to
				small business concerns that assist such concerns to—</text>
							<paragraph id="H6EA26D3BF2654A62B799E6765A64CFFD"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">understand the dangers of and identify
				phishing;</text>
							</paragraph><paragraph id="H9338F5AA9D914AE686E3EED5EE35E3C3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>train employees to
				understand the dangers of and identify phishing; and</text>
							</paragraph><paragraph id="H9E88D0E37DA94D44A2B7F48CCA46521B"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">determine methods to protect such concerns
				from phishing.</text>
							</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H6F8E3BBCAE244D6A8EEC6920B561DD64"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definition of
				phishing</header><text>In this section, the term <term>phishing</term> means
				the use by any person of a Web page, electronic mail message, or otherwise
				through use of the Internet, to solicit, request, or take any action to induce
				another person to provide identifying information by representing itself to be
				a business without the authority or approval of the
				business.</text>
