		<section id="H32A6AFBE3C1745B894716F1F3DE927EE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This title may be cited as the <quote>Battle
			 of Camden Study Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HAC3E871CF8404A5BB3A92DFC94F5D684"><enum>2.</enum><header>Special resource
			 study</header>
			<subsection id="HDFBBF895141B49FAA1BE3FEEFCA945D1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall complete a special
			 resource study of the site of the Battle of Camden fought in South Carolina on
			 August 16, 1780, and the site of Historic Camden, which is currently a National
			 Park System Affiliated Area, to determine—</text>
				<paragraph id="H1875B27CEA6C4E92A00895366EABA8E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the suitability and
			 feasibility of designating these sites as a unit or units of the National Park
			 System; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H5746E3640F6448EB9F45A3008BFCEA24"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the methods and
			 means for the protection and interpretation of these sites by the National Park
			 Service, other Federal, State, or local government entities or private or
			 non-profit organizations.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H7295D367ACF440E1BA33995BD496587C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Study
			 Requirements</header><text>The Secretary shall conduct the study in accordance
			 with section 8(c) of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/91/383">Public Law 91–383</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1a">16 U.S.C. 1a–5</external-xref>).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H3C102BAFE67E4BB889C5E6EDE621443B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not
			 later than 3 years after the date on which funds are made available to carry
			 out this title, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Natural
			 Resources of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and
			 Natural Resources of the Senate a report containing—</text>
				<paragraph id="HE5F7F0569B2E417B8DD570DAB9869F2D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the results of the
			 study; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H5A0D5158DAD64DC0A347584BDDD1D3EA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any
			 recommendations of the Secretary.</text>
