			 Authority for Memorial Establishment</header>
			<subsection id="HBB382AABBDAC43AD8C977A900C21FE48"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Legislative
			 Authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1 of Public
			 Law 107–62 is amended by adding after subsection (e) the following new
			 subsection:</text>

					<subsection display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H64FEED40AC56472F847CCD9C480ABC67"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Expiration of
				Legislative Authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding section 8903(e) of title
				40, United States Code, the legislative authority of the Adams Memorial
				Foundation to establish a commemorative work on Federal land in the District of
				Columbia and its environs in honor of former President John Adams and his
				family’s legacy shall expire on December 2,
				2013.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="H730ABF0AEDB647EF9D21EA2C35B4E94A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Technical
			 Amendments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Public Law 107–62
			 is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HFF4B24EEDE9A44609D107460AE1CAFDD"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in section 1(c), by striking <quote>(40
			 U.S.C. 1001, et seq.)</quote> and inserting <quote>(40 U.S.C. 8901, et
			 seq.)</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HE14C22049E214FC3952DBE3A22147F88"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 1(e), by
			 striking <quote>(40 U.S.C. 1001, et seq.)</quote> and inserting <quote>(40
			 U.S.C. 8901, et seq.)</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H680A3AD6EC914C95A9379983C034CC53"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in section 2, by striking
			 <quote>(40 U.S.C. 1002)</quote> and inserting <quote>(40 U.S.C.
			 8902(a))</quote>.</text>
