		<section id="H7FBCB9D304624A0EA1342C9F84C94FE4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Elimination of the Single Parent Tax
			 Act of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5B94FE8E58E94E1A9498620F04CB5998"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of
			 requirement that States impose mandatory fee for successful child support
			 collection for family that has never received TANF</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 454(6)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 654(6)(B)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HD8FBD42B33364803ACB49000EA7DF3C2"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>(i)</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD63618269DB141F19C2AAD91B8F77AED"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>and</quote> at the end of clause (i);</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H58C60B87231A42A8B967AD4A98555C2E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking clause
			 (ii); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC5FED2BC02C644B08215A4172FB0FDCA"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subclauses (I) and (II) of clause (i) as clauses (i) and (ii),
			 respectively.</text>
