		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out
		  a national media campaign directed at homeless veterans and veterans at risk
		  for becoming homeless.</official-title>

		<section id="H66C92199075745DC9EB4609F68E3655" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Help Our Homeless Veterans
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id728194A503054EE2813185B2CAEA4BF5"><enum>2.</enum><header>National media
			 campaign directed at homeless veterans</header>
			<subsection id="HA93AC0DE86B549C998813060CB6FCFCF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>National media
			 campaign</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Under the authority
			 of section 532 of title 38, United States Code, the Secretary of Veterans
			 Affairs shall carry out a national media campaign targeted at veterans who are
			 homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless, with special emphasis on such
			 veterans who are women. Through the media campaign, the Secretary shall seek to
			 inform such veterans of—</text>
				<paragraph id="H5B236F76D12F45E5BBA3B43FE7C3E4DC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>their rights and
			 benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2BBF29A7E8E6452D83AD0000E36409AC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>where to turn for
			 help if they are already homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H6993049E6D6C464AA4F8BCBF672E4BFC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text>There are authorized to be appropriated such sums
			 as may be necessary to carry out this section.</text>
