		<section id="HFA7CDD3634D84BC5A1E1E92E34F88023" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Filipino Veterans Family Reunification
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0D23948F6C9A4C8781786EAB9724D60" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exemption from
			 immigrant visa limit</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 201(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1)) is
			 amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5B2D88C66CA748C69942A76C7916477" style="OLC">
				<paragraph id="HDF84A58956AD4DD1AA972750E3CE651F"><enum>(F)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Aliens who are eligible for an immigrant
				visa under paragraph (1) or (3) of section 203(a) and who have a parent who was
				naturalized pursuant to section 405 of the Immigration Act of 1990 (8 U.S.C.
				1440
				note).</text>
