		<section id="HF7C9242F5C804274B86F1AF42889F62D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Webcaster Settlement Act of
			 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE6A4B2EF0ADF45DC9CE4E8D7D67B5A71"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 agreements</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 114(f)(5)
			 of title 17, United States Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H63C495D42F6A483E97A578EFF104252E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (D), by striking <quote>2008</quote> and inserting <quote>2008, the Webcaster
			 Settlement Act of 2009,</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H37B87F080D884BBFA77667D757CC1800"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (E)(iii), by striking <quote>to make eligible nonsubscription transmissions and
			 ephemeral recordings</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HEBED130FAB5E483F8911342D2C39CB09"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (F), by striking <quote>February 15, 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>at 11:59
			 p.m. Eastern time on the 30th day after the date of the enactment of the
			 Webcaster Settlement Act of 2009</quote>.</text>
