		<section id="H6F381E6228694454A86C41072B2BC8A5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Transfer of certain property
			 to the Galveston Historical Foundation</header>
			<subsection id="HBB164D1BF9AF47AFA099105923373175"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Transfer</header><text>Not
			 later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the
			 Administrator of General Services shall offer to convey to the Galveston
			 Historical Foundation, by quitclaim deed, all right, title, and interest of the
			 United States in and to the real property located at 502 20th Street,
			 Galveston, Texas 77550 (including all buildings and improvements on that real
			 property).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1C899D9710464421AC3A604F13CAED30"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration</header><text>The
			 conveyance under this section shall be in accordance with a fair market value
			 appraisal that is acceptable to the Administrator.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8BC1E1F2223C42998E68501617A4346A"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Cost of
			 Conveyance</header><text>The Galveston Historical Foundation shall be
			 responsible for all real estate transaction costs associated with the
			 conveyance.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H13CF61BD5F6747999FD465E02824209D"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Additional Terms
			 and Conditions</header><text>The Administrator may require that any conveyance
			 under subsection (a) be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the
			 Administrator considers to be appropriate to protect the interests of the
			 United States.</text>

		<section id="H36A2A2D04AD64793AE7BE79218539921" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of real property
			 in Galveston, Texas, to Galveston Historical Foundation</header>
			<subsection id="H1FB289B07CDD49A3A5F7FC2A80BAF3FB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>Not
			 later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator
			 of General Services shall offer to convey, by quitclaim deed, to the Galveston
			 Historical Foundation all right, title, and interest of the United States in
			 and to the parcel of real property located at 502 20th Street in Galveston,
			 Texas, including the improvements thereon.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HB4E9E4BC94EC41A2922D67E88085B348"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration</header><text>As
			 consideration for conveyance of the parcel under subsection (a), the
			 Administrator shall require the Galveston Historical Foundation to pay to the
			 Administrator the fair market value of the parcel, as determined based on an
			 appraisal that is acceptable to the Administrator.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H289973AF30584ECB94308AC58C09ADA1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Costs of
			 conveyance</header><text>The Galveston Historical Foundation shall be
			 responsible for the costs of an appraisal conducted under subsection (b) and
			 for all other costs related to the conveyance.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H3D743AF5E2A649E09E7F3300665036CD"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Proceeds</header>
				<paragraph id="H1E492B408BC94C888F60CA49527D7DD1"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Deposit</header><text>Any
			 proceeds received under subsection (b) shall be paid into the Federal Buildings
			 Fund established under section 592 of title 40, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H62A388598B4345D3B9D6752614699606"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Expenditure</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts paid into the Federal Buildings
			 Fund under paragraph (1) shall be available to the Administrator, in amounts
			 specified in appropriations Acts, for expenditure for any lawful purpose
			 consistent with existing authorities granted to the Administrator, except that
			 the Administrator shall provide to the Committee on Transportation and
			 Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment
			 and Public Works of the Senate 30 days advance written notice of any
			 expenditure of the proceeds.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H4D2E01C59DDC4923A461F285EBD15B37"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Additional terms and
			 conditions</header><text>The Administrator may require that any conveyance
			 under subsection (a) be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the
			 Administrator considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United
			 States.</text>
			</subsection></section></legis-body><official-title-amendment>Amend the title so as to read:
	 <quote>A bill to authorize the Administrator of General Services to convey a
	 parcel of real property in Galveston, Texas, to the Galveston Historical
	 Foundation.</quote>.</official-title-amendment>
