<section id="HA60E414B52D14F149400AB006697C460" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Study on acquisition of land adjacent to Beaufort National Cemetery</header>
<subsection id="HCC93D120F37B4BF500B59148DD2223F0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Study required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall conduct a study on the acquisition, in accordance with <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/38/24">chapter 24</external-xref> of title 38, United States Code, of the parcel of land described in subsection (b) to be used for the expansion of the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, South Carolina.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H5F822C8737924AF5850041CBCFF7CA53"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Parcel described</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The parcel of land described in this subsection is a parcel of land consisting of approximately 4.9 acres located on 17th Street in Beaufort, South Carolina, as depicted on tax map number 120–1–238 dated May 4, 1998. </text></subsection>
<subsection id="H534B93D902074747A28B41438E4000A1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report to Congress</header><text>Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to Congress a report on the study conducted under subsection (a).</text></subsection></section>
