		<section id="H3460E36F88614956A84054527026F770" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Federal assistance for State
			 programs under the National Guard Youth Challenge Program</header>
			<subsection id="HA184968FD94A4AE0B6B31FA05E7F2D5E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Federal share of
			 costs of State programs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (d) of <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/32/509">section 509</external-xref> of title 32,
			 United States Code, as amended by section 594 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/417">Public Law 110–417</external-xref> (122 Stat.
			 4475), is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDB7BB568B3F343EBA25CD405BBEAFFD6" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H4F7255441A8E4013B6DC193FB8776D7E" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nondefense funds made available or
				transferred to the Secretary of Defense by other Federal agencies to support
				the Program shall not be subject to the matching-funds requirement imposed by
				paragraph
				(1).</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="HC7F0B6ECB287499FA3E6AF25E05FE5F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For fiscal
			 year 2010, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense
			 $97,527,200 to carry out the National Guard Youth Challenge Program under
			 <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/32/509">section 509</external-xref> of title 32, United States Code.</text>
