		<section id="H2E10DB68ED1B49D8952FEF5F7953A0C2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Elimination of duties on
			 certain comforter shells</header>
			<subsection id="H32FED57005E1440487C625B4E343CF9E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 503(b)(4) of
			 the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2463(b)(4)) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H8C7167EDEFB94095A65A74527915A937"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by amending the
			 heading to read as follows: <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">Certain household textile
			 articles</header-in-text>.—</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDA8FB42DC54B4B8D980ED48CC9181B8E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>Notwithstanding paragraph (1)(A)</quote> and inserting the
			 following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HA47C9F891F3C4630A09BE009C1C1B472" style="OLC">
						<subparagraph id="HFE5B057AC0F6423AB369D3432AF238B8"><enum>(A)</enum><header>Certain
				hand-knotted or hand-woven carpets</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding paragraph
				(1)(A)</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H717EB3FBBFDB4CF0A3858225A280B516"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HAADA36D3D088453C9B85F3277F73CD81" style="OLC">
						<subparagraph id="H82754EF9AF62411CA2BDB9EFF8B84AF8"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Certain
				comforter shells</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding paragraph (1)(A), the
				President may designate as an eligible article or articles under subsection (a)
				comforter shells of chief weight cotton that are classifiable under subheading
				6307.90.89 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United
				States.</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H75E7C6858B064E9E9BAF7111B5BC677F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by
			 subsection (a) apply with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse
			 for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of
			 this Act.</text>
