		<official-title>To amend the Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation
		  Stamp Act to provide for a revised schedule of price increases for the
		  Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp, popularly known as the
		  <quote>Duck Stamp</quote>, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H36355639EE71451FB59D7C4FC78BA385" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Migratory Bird Habitat Investment and
			 Enhancement Act </short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD9975E951B9F4849807BFDEB3E54A4AC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to
			 expand duck stamp distribution and increase price</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of the Migratory Bird Hunting and
			 Conservation Stamp Act (16 U.S.C. 718a et seq.), popularly known as the
			 <quote>Duck Stamp Act</quote> (16 U.S.C. 718b), is amended as follows:</text>
			<paragraph id="H021A95DF3FD04E5782D78F46A3F5B7E9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>By amending
			 subsection (a)(1)(B) to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H1CA9498419994FE5B0EF524D28D3301B" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph id="HA4E0F61DF44947E59F593682C74CFAF6"><enum>(B)</enum><text>such other
				official distributors as are designated by the Secretary or any other
				establishments, facilities, or locations as the Postal Service or the Secretary
				(or a designee) may direct or
				authorize.</text>
					</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA2EC00553774460692DA9D444DA61C6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>In
			 subsection (a)(3) by inserting <quote>and any official distributor designated
			 by the Secretary</quote> after <quote>Postal Service</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H58968AB1D29F488BAEDB35EBB25B00C1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>By amending
			 subsection (b) to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block id="HE6C8D4D62EFE42BDA7C1B61FAD578BA3" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H35865B63A3BC4DD78F9D06BACEA330FC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Price of
				stamps</header><text>The Postal Service and any other official distributor
				designated by the Secretary under subsection (a)(1)(B) shall collect, for each
				stamp sold—</text>
						<paragraph id="H4DFE45349D034092A7DECE31395002C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>$25 for a stamp for
				any of hunting years 2010 through 2016; and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H30FAD79D7A2841F5A4AE6436BF69AC6B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$35 for a stamp
				for any hunting year after hunting year
				2020.</text>
