		<section id="HA74F48D9A85F4778B93308B9E5C9932C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Expansion of TRICARE Prime
			 geographical Coverage</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 1097(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended to read as
			 follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7034D36A8DF245E09075F33FB39FAF7D" style="USC">
				<paragraph id="H1BC92D667A2747BA97A5BC7E68237ECB"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">total health care services, including the
				managed care option of the TRICARE program, for all covered beneficiaries who
				reside in geographical areas designated by the Secretary within the several
				States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and
				Guam.</text>
