Post-traumatic stress disorder study

(a)

Study

The Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of Veteran Affairs and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall conduct a study evaluating and comparing the effectiveness of programs designed to diagnose, treat, and prevent post-traumatic stress disorder. (b)

Report

Not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report containing the results of the study under subsection (a).
