		<official-title>To authorize the Commandant of the Coast Guard to convey
		  to the City of Marquette, Michigan, certain real property under the
		  administrative control of the Coast Guard, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HAFA9BFEA69B64D70821D592144D9C41C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Land conveyance, Coast Guard
			 property in Marquette County, Michigan, to the City of Marquette,
			 Michigan</header>
			<subsection id="H38A65977CF8F41DAAD14FEF00097F051"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 authorized</header><text>The Commandant of the Coast Guard may convey, without
			 consideration, to the City of Marquette, Michigan (in this section referred to
			 as the <quote>City</quote>), all right, title, and interest of the United
			 States in and to a parcel of real property, together with any improvements
			 thereon, located in Marquette County, Michigan, that is under the
			 administrative control of the Coast Guard, consists of approximately 5.5 acres,
			 and is commonly identified as Coast Guard Station Marquette and Lighthouse
			 Point.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0538D2DC90CA482A86FC0A9E8F583CF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Retention of
			 certain easements</header><text>In conveying the property under subsection (a),
			 the Commandant of the Coast Guard may retain such easements over the property
			 as the Commandant considers appropriate for access to aids to
			 navigation.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HF3F7B2291D744494A3B68E0484CC1F61"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitations</header><text>The
			 property to be conveyed by subsection (a) may not be conveyed under that
			 subsection until—</text>
				<paragraph id="H6947867546BB4114ABD8E3D8F100FFF4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Coast Guard
			 has relocated Coast Guard Station Marquette to a newly constructed
			 station;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H30C66863135B4266A8AB6A88B998407"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any environmental
			 remediation required under Federal law with respect to the property has been
			 completed; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H8196BA98351848AE00E862D16BF28512"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the Commandant of
			 the Coast Guard determines that retention of the property by the United States
			 is not required to carry out Coast Guard missions or functions.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H04F168F95BC34771AF290067E8DD9F33"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Conditions of
			 transfer</header><text>All conditions placed within the deed of title of the
			 property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be construed as covenants
			 running with the land.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H7CCC0B77F0AD452BB828775600CFAB70"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Inapplicability
			 of screening or other requirements</header><text>The conveyance of property
			 authorized by subsection (a) shall be made without regard to the
			 following:</text>
				<paragraph id="H16AD258C3AA04C6799A67280B52897BD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Section 2696 of
			 title 10, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H6899955C23E54BDAA8A12ED987354FCF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Chapter 5 of title
			 40, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H637CB4F856504A02A330D412B4C168F0"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Any other
			 provision of law relating to the screening, evaluation, or administration of
			 excess or surplus Federal property prior to conveyance by the Administrator of
			 General Services.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF44E08705E86493C887CCF86B3CF9FCE"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Expiration of
			 authority</header><text>The authority in subsection (a) shall expire on the
			 date that is five years after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H14986C69C6814CC2B5609EB5291F7D1C"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Description of
			 property</header><text>The exact acreage and legal description of the property
			 to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey
			 satisfactory to the Commandant of the Coast Guard. The cost of the survey shall
			 be borne by the United States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H12AEBDAA5C9D4CB49BFD26F08C7300F8"><enum>(h)</enum><header>Additional terms
			 and conditions</header><text>The Commandant of the Coast Guard may require such
			 additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance authorized by
			 subsection (a) as the Commandant considers appropriate to protect the interests
			 of the United States.</text>
