		<official-title>To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to expand the
		  boundary of the Homestead National Monument of America, in the State of
		  Nebraska, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H4C29ADE5AB924D0397E015448C097C7B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Homestead National Monument of America
			 Boundary Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H18E74434D08F48BC9D908241E8C3C925"><enum>2.</enum><header>Boundary
			 adjustment</header>
			<subsection id="H4469AA989BB84AE88FCE08A1F5168C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior may acquire by donation or
			 by purchase with donated or appropriated funds, from willing sellers only, the
			 lands or interests in lands as described in subsection (b), as generally
			 depicted on the map titled <quote>Homestead National Monument of America
			 Boundary</quote>, numbered 368/80,039, and dated April 2007.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HF39404CB0673462AB37F461EC4DA2DD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Lands
			 described</header><text>The lands referred to in subsection (a) are—</text>
				<paragraph id="HF6E4280075F54510B23DB18DC1C1FFFD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the approximately
			 140 acres located south of the Homestead National Monument and owned by the
			 Friends of Homestead; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H5F343E307A4149539E5B63DB5160B5AA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the approximately
			 160 acres known as the <quote>Graff Parcel</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HC8364916822C434B86C73CE068004196"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Boundary
			 revision</header><text>The Secretary shall revise the boundary of the Homestead
			 National Monument to reflect the acquisition upon its completion.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA1CEBAD645614173947164F50013EBA1"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Administration
			 of acquired lands</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any lands
			 acquired under this section shall be administered by the Secretary as part of
			 the Homestead National Monument in accordance with applicable laws and
			 regulations.</text>
