<official-title display="yes">Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to equality of rights and reproductive rights.</official-title>

<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H82512CBCE7BA42EDBCA78802B61EDF76"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States:</text>

<section id="H584AC727E1D8430DB8C458D2A65D84CA" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. </text></section> 
<section id="H13307052F4534488A138F5123C883E6B" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="section-one"><enum>2.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Reproductive rights for women under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State.</text></section> 
<section id="H620E27BF85784E1B84EE1E3523931C96" section-type="section-one"><enum>3.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Congress shall have power to enforce and implement this article by appropriate legislation.</text></section>
