III 111th CONGRESS 1st Session H. CON. RES. 27 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES January 30, 2009 Received CONCURRENT RESOLUTION Authorizing the use of the rotunda of the Capitol for a ceremony in honor of the bicentennial of the birth of President Abraham Lincoln.

That rotunda of the United States Capitol is authorized to be used on February 12, 2009, for a ceremony in honor of the bicentennial of the birth of President Abraham Lincoln. Physical preparations for the conduct of the ceremony shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol.
