<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6979EA5625BC4EBDABC9D7F2E9C24071" section-type="section-one" commented="no"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Use of Capitol Grounds for National Weekend of Remembrance event</header> 
<subsection id="H75062AA6B19B4DAAAE100767A6778A31" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The White House Commission on Remembrance (in this resolution referred to as the <quote>sponsor</quote>) shall be permitted to sponsor a public event (in this resolution referred to as the <quote>event</quote>) on the Capitol Grounds to honor military personnel who have died in service to the United States and to acknowledge the sacrifice of the families of those individuals as part of the National Weekend of Remembrance.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H36DD92E2417B4ABE8AFE25C906D214A6" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Date of event</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The event shall be held on September 26, 2009, or on such other date as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate jointly designate.</text></subsection></section> 
<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HEC7125677A264E89A1171A37419762E4" section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Terms and conditions</header> 
<subsection id="H5097B9F9449E404A8D81D1A6E662605C" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Under conditions to be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board, the event shall be—</text> <paragraph id="HD5EB6699DD2E4808A8B5389A14A8EE48" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">free of admission charge and open to the public; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H050330B17DFB4116806F86C0CE397FED" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">arranged not to interfere with the needs of Congress.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HF880AF1FE1324032A5DB8C1198D27609" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Expenses and liabilities</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The sponsor shall assume full responsibility for all expenses and liabilities incident to all activities associated with the event.</text></subsection></section> 
<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H098770BCFC4D47B18187C288EA62A201" section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Event preparations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subject to the approval of the Architect of the Capitol, the sponsor is authorized to erect upon the Capitol Grounds such stage, sound amplification devices, and other related structures and equipment, as may be required for the event.</text></section> <section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H1900FAC4AF7B4ED5961FAC5868B7CE4F" section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no"><enum>4.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Enforcement of restrictions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Capitol Police Board shall provide for enforcement of the restrictions contained in section 5104(c) of title 40, United States Code, concerning sales, advertisements, displays, and solicitations on the Capitol Grounds, as well as other restrictions applicable to the Capitol Grounds, in connection with the event.</text></section>
