		<section id="H04ABBBACE9724CDE9DD5CCEF6D8CD061" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of Capitol grounds to
			 celebrate citizenship day</header>
			<subsection id="HF7ABE6B7A5A94D97A1577469CCF481E2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The National Korean American Service and Education
			 Consortium (in this resolution referred to as the <quote>sponsor</quote>) shall
			 be permitted to <pagebreak></pagebreak>sponsor a public event (in this resolution referred
			 to as the <quote>event</quote>) on the Capitol Grounds to celebrate Citizenship
			 Day.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H334C068731B04C3280A523D384A41F77"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Date of
			 event</header><text>The event shall be held on September 17, 2009, or on such
			 other day as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on
			 Rules and Administration of the Senate jointly designate.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HFA4F3121CA8446BF917F6D4885ED0F2F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Terms and
			 conditions</header>
			<subsection id="H47AD495442CE43229E3B9A69486CC15B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Under conditions to be prescribed by the Architect of the
			 Capitol and the Capitol Police Board, the event shall be—</text>
				<paragraph id="HC27A377468CA4AC7939695E672F0DB98"><enum>(1)</enum><text>free of admission
			 charge and open to the public; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB6152825CCC2428A8746DF080C11A49B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>arranged not to
			 interfere with the needs of Congress.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF1464D7E82434FC4BC8724518FA6E07C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Expenses and
			 liabilities</header><text>The sponsor shall assume full responsibility for all
			 expenses and liabilities incident to all activities associated with the
			 event.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H8904FE4F7F594069B36E85ACF3FD3DD4"><enum>3.</enum><header>Event
			 preparations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subject to the
			 approval of the Architect of the Capitol, the sponsor is authorized to erect
			 upon the Capitol Grounds such stage, sound amplification devices, and other
			 related structures and equipment as may be required for the event.</text>
		</section><section id="H0925BEDC406E4B288269D82AABF1DEE4"><enum>4.</enum><header>Enforcement of
			 restrictions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Capitol
			 Police Board shall provide for enforcement of the restrictions contained in
			 section 5104(c) of title 40, United States Code, concerning sales,
			 advertisements, displays, and solicitations on the Capitol Grounds, as well as
			 other restrictions applicable to the Capitol Grounds, in connection with the
			 event.</text>
