		<official-title display="yes">Expressing the sense of the Congress that a
		  commemorative postage stamp should be issued to honor our Nation’s disabled
		  veterans.</official-title>

		<whereas><text>Whereas more than 3,000,000 of the Nation’s veterans are
			 currently classified as disabled;</text>
		</whereas><whereas><text>Whereas disabled veterans risked their lives and
			 sacrificed their health in dedicated service to our country;</text>
		</whereas><whereas><text>Whereas disabled veterans are returning home each day from
			 honorably defending our country; and</text>
		</whereas><whereas><text>Whereas it is only fitting that our disabled veterans be
			 honored for their selfless service and sacrifices: Now, therefore, be it</text>
		</whereas></preamble>
	<resolution-body id="HF07C25BB5DEF4C9D9DDC8C472FFD22E0" style="traditional">
		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H9E71F94A3C40442487002D33CC3B32E9" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That it is the sense of the Congress
			 that—</text>
			<paragraph id="HB9155E606A564636985DE5D818007DD2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a
			 commemorative postage stamp should be issued by the United States Postal
			 Service to honor our Nation’s disabled veterans; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H4B14149E0D6647519D655508D5F7428B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Citizens’
			 Stamp Advisory Committee should recommend to the Postmaster General that such a
			 stamp be issued.</text>
