			 Resolution 400 (94th Congress) arising from enactment of Intelligence Reform
			 and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Senate Resolution 400, agreed to May 19,
			 1976 (94th Congress), is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id7C5C9AF741B245F4B3C5E3F3FA8646D8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section
			 3—</text>
				<subparagraph id="idB4B540B8F85441EEA9864C16A595FCB0"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (a)—</text>
					<clause id="idD897B58FC6A64DAB9CA116B19A8C96A2"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), and (4), as paragraphs (3), (4), and (5),
			 respectively;</text>
					</clause><clause id="id024F7536E00143448744C96105C9990F"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following new paragraphs:</text>

			 agreed to May 19, 1976 (94th Congress), is amended—</text>

			 striking <quote>the Select Committee on Standards and Conduct</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>the Select Committee on Ethics</quote>; and</text>

			 8—</text>

			 Resolution 400, agreed to May 19, 1976 (94th Congress), is amended by striking
			 <quote>, including all activities of the Intelligence Division</quote>
			 in—</text>

			 <quote>paragraph 6(f)</quote> and inserting <quote>paragraph 4(e)(1)</quote>;

			 8(b)(5)—</text>
