			 portion of the project for navigation, Rockland Harbor, Maine, authorized by
			 the Act of June 3, 1896 (29 Stat. 202, chapter 314), consisting of a 14-foot
			 channel located in Lermond Cove and beginning at a point with coordinates N.
			 99977.37, E. 340290.02, thence running easterly about 200.00 feet to a point
			 with coordinates N. 99978.49, E. 340490.02, thence running northerly about
			 138.00 feet to a point with coordinates N. 100116.49, E. 340289.25, thence
			 running westerly about 200.00 feet to a point with coordinates N. 100115.37, E.
			 340289.25, thence running southerly about 138.00 feet to the point of origin,
			 is not authorized.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID77CC4AAEF7664FA9B923F0E7E9D890B3" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Redesignation of project for navigation,
			 saco river, Maine</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The portion
			 of the project for navigation, Saco River, Maine, authorized under section 107
			 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577) and described as a 6-foot
			 deep, 10-acre maneuvering basin located at the head of navigation, is
			 redesignated as an anchorage area.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID54139DFDF505418E90FA9E515CE26A00" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Herbert Hoover Dike supplemental major
			 rehabilitation report</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDE376EA7BFA204C5AA5CAE8E27969242D"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than May 31, 2007, the Secretary
			 shall publish a supplement to the major rehabilitation report for the Herbert
			 Hoover Dike system, approved by the Chief of Engineers in November 2000.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID7FA706945917461BBC8E89EDEC15E504"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Inclusions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The supplemental report under subsection
			 (a) shall include—</text>
				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID486D19D102D243C4A7BFF08EC70EEC81"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an evaluation of existing conditions at the
			 Herbert Hoover Dike system;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID499D7D5712754476BD1F3E1E20654188"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an identification of additional risks
			 associated with flood events at the system that are equal to or greater than
			 the standard projected flood risks;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID5620DA9F0F124623A373A79931AC0291"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an evaluation of the potential to integrate
			 projects of the Corps of Engineers into an enhanced flood protection system for
			 Lake Okeechobee, including—</text>
					<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID9A954F4CC9154A5182364F9B59CE836C"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the potential for additional water storage
			 north of Lake Okeechobee; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID8DC89C2CD7E14F26AA661587FFD4AA46"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an analysis of other project features
			 included in the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan; and</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDED48AA7305B94095A934A76DB2E95624"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a review of the report prepared for the
			 South Florida Water Management District dated April 2006.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID55876452CFC84B40BABCE1A976AF9034"><enum>(c)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Authorization of
			 Appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There is
			 authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $1,500,000.</text>
			</subsection></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID3D18B31ABC7E4ACD92F1CAE0CFA8B007" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>4.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Illinois Waterway, South Fork of the South
			 Branch of the Chicago River, Illinois</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID9FA9D8EDEB61483DBA7B8EDE72707E43"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The portion of the Illinois Waterway
			 project authorized by the Act of January 21, 1927 (commonly known as the
			 <quote>River and Harbor Act of 1927</quote>) (44 Stat. 1013), in the South Fork
			 of the South Branch of the Chicago River, as identified in subsection (b) is
			 not authorized.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID1897513EF58340778E133DD48FDB4B44"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Description of Project
			 Portion</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The portion of the
			 project referred to in subsection (a) is the portion of the SW
			 <fraction>1/4</fraction> of sec. 29, T. 39 N., R. 14 E., Third Principal
			 Meridian, Cook County, Illinois, and more particularly described as
			 follows:</text>
				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDBA57F53F720545B8BF7D011D792E3CD3"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Commencing at the SW corner of the SW
			 <fraction>1/4</fraction>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID60F31B287B984D9BB3BE798950953092"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Thence north 1 degree, 32 minutes, 31
			 seconds west, bearing based on the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System, NAD
			 83 east zone, along the west line of that quarter, 1810.16 feet to the
			 southerly line of the Illinois and Michigan Canal.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDAB0B4882E7E34E7CA2758D0A3FC8A041"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Thence north 50 degrees, 41 minutes, 55
			 seconds east along that southerly line 62.91 feet to the easterly line of South
			 Ashland Avenue, as widened by the ordinance dated November 24, 1920, which is
			 also the east line of an easement to the State of Illinois for highway purposes
			 numbered 12340342 and recorded July 13, 1939, for a point of beginnings.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID4A6F1B85789E4B328DF1E8A66019E427"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Thence continuing north 50 degrees, 41
			 minutes, 55 seconds east along that southerly line 70.13 feet to the southerly
