		<official-title display="yes">To amend title 10, United States Code, to
		  revive previous authority on the use of the Armed Forces and the militia to
		  address interference with State or Federal law, and for other

			 Armed Forces and militia to address interference with State or Federal
			 law</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id28959B148D1B4821BDF916BF644A675D"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal of amendments made by Public Law
			 109–364</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1076 of the
			 John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law
			 109–364), and the amendments made by that section, are repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id67DA095D39F643138CA0193F666F8D7F"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Revival of previous authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The provisions of chapter 15 of title 10,
			 United States Code, that were amended by section 1076 of the John Warner
			 National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007, as such provisions
			 were in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of the John Warner
			 National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007, are hereby
			 revived.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id5ABF19EA7CCD477D9B057F0C17188CE2"><enum>(c)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Clerical amendments</header>
				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE3A1391CB76A4A8AA483FD4EE3DD2488"><enum>(1)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The heading of chapter of 15 of title 10,
			 United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text>

			 subtitle A of title 10, United States Code, and at the beginning of part I of
			 such subtitle, are each amended by striking the item relating to chapter 15 and
			 inserting the following new item:</text>
