			 offenses</header>
				<paragraph id="IDDDBB107FB4764AF28CBB2B392F51A0F5"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Murder related
			 to the smuggling of aliens</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="act" parsable-cite="INA/274(a)(1)(B)(iv)">Section 274(a)(1)(B)(iv)</external-xref>
			 of the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and Nationality Act</act-name>
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1324(a)(1)(B)(iv)">8
			 U.S.C. 1324(a)(1)(B)(iv)</external-xref>) is amended by striking
			 <quote>punished by death or</quote>.</text>

			 committed during a drug-related drive-by shooting</header><text>Section
			 36(b)(2)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking

			 committed at an airport serving international civil
			 aviation</header><text>Section 37(a) of title 18, United States Code, is
			 amended, in the matter following paragraph (2), by striking <quote>punished by
			 death or</quote>.</text>

			 committed using chemical weapons</header><text>Section 229A(a)(2) of title 18,
