			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Essential Air Service Preservation
			 Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>

			 local participation program</header>
			<subsection id="id3FD37A2FE849420096E87CB217F1F28F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subchapter II of chapter 417 of title 49, United States
			 Code, is amended by striking section 41747, and such title shall be applied as
			 if such section 41747 had not been enacted.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id5683DCCE99DE498D9C3E9D5373EBBB55"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The chapter analysis at the beginning of such chapter
			 is amended by striking the item relating to section 41747.</text>
